Posts

Hello everyone! Sorry, I was away for a long time, but I am currently in the process of making my blog better. Anyway, while I was doing all this, I stumbled upon a club that supports SDG's. If you don't know what they are, let me tell you: SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are a set of 17 goals that scientists made to achieve the end of ten years. They are global goals to be implemented in every country. Now that you know what they are, let us get back to the story. So I joined a group that works towards the implementation of these goals in however way we can. So, while researching about our SDG (SDG 3- Good Health and Well Being), and I found out out that there are many people neglecting this issue. So, what I am trying to do here, is make more people aware about this issue through my blog. So, whoever is reading this, can benefit from this blog. But what is good health and well being so important about? Good health affects the way we act and make our decisions in life. H

Handwritten Stories by me (I'm not joking) about my soft toys Akku and Minnie - Minnie's Crazy Talent Confusion

Hey everyone! I'm back with another post. In this one, I have written one of my own stories about my soft toys- Akku and Minnie. This is the first one I have written, but there will be many more to come! This one is, Minnie’s Crazy Talent Confusion It was a lazy Friday afternoon and as usual, Minnie was dreaming about home. Her cousin, Akku, was the studious one and was paying attention intently and taking notes. Then, Ms. Owl, their teacher, announced something that caught both their attention. She was talking about the Baby Animal Olympics! She was announcing the different groups and Minnie heard something surprising. Ms. Owl said- “And since Mrs. Bunny is a great crafter and so was Mr. Great-Grand Bunny, Minnie will be representing our school as girl representative for the Baby Animal Olympics on Monday!” Minnie liked math and was bad in craft, so she tried to protest, but nothing worked, and nobody was listening to her. So, a dejected Minnie went home with Akku, who w

Funny Story of my Broken Mouse

Hello everyone! I haven't been posting for a while because my exams were going on and half the textbook was there for each chapter. I'm not joking. Then for the last month, I was not getting any ideas to post. But today, in school, something very funny occurred and I have to share it with you. I call it,                                                                     "The Broken Mouse" Today was a very boring day at school. I had nothing to do. Then, lying somewhere in the corner was my pen next to a toothpick. I was just toying around with it, when the toothpick dropped into the refill! I was wiggling it and shaking it, when I realized that it got stuck in the refill because of some glue (don't ask me how it got there). So, I grabbed my scissors and I tried cutting the pen refill. It was made with hard plastic and it had lots of bends and cracks when I was done with it. While I was trying to get the toothpick out of the pen, my hand flailed around too much,

My English Elocution

This week, an English Elocution was held in my school and I chose to participate. Like every year, my parents and I racked our brains about which poem to recite. Honestly, we were going mad, what with the, elocution, notebook submission, extra projects, approaching exams, god knows what!  Last year, in the English Elocution, one of the participants had written his own poem and he ended up getting the first prize !!  So my Dad came up with a great idea (his best idea yet)- how about writing my own poem. So now we had to figure which poem to write. One week before the elocution, my father and I were walking in the garden and we came up with 7 paragraphs. So we decided that we would go down to the garden and write the poem because it helps us concentrate. So, 3 days before the elocution, we went down again to write the remaining three paragraphs. We were down for 2 hours! Who knew writing a poem was such hard work! So now I only had to learn the poem by heart. That was easy. The day of t

Fish Tales

Hello everyone! I am back with another blog of FISH TALES. I couldn't blog for the last month because the term-end exams were going on and the portion was HUGE. But, here I am! This story is based on my guppy fish, Sparkles. She is a rainbow guppy fish, so I named her Sparkles. So, let me tell you about this naughty little fish of mine. She is a very cute fish, but don't let that fool you! She is also very clever and adventurous. Once, I had given her some new brand of fish food, and she did not like it, so she refused to eat until I got her favourite brand. But she loves me a lot and misses me whenever I am at school. She is very loyal to me too. She is the best fish anyone could ever have.  So, let me tell you about a little incident which occurred last year in the summer holidays. Our society was infested with a family of monkeys going everywhere you were. Some were on the playground, playing and catching each other by the tail. Some were on the cars in the garag
