Web Series Review

Hey everyone! Are you bored staying at home because of coronavirus? Do you want to watch TV series but don't know which ones to watch? Then I seriously recommend these few TV series to you. And the best part is that you can watch it with your family!

1. Just Add Magic

This is a really cool series. It's about 3 friends- Kelly, Hannah, and Darbie who discover a magical cookbook with magical recipes and start making them. They discover more and more about it and learn about magical spices and solve magical mysteries. I love it because I love cooking and magic. Its a series of 5 seasons. (on Amazon Prime)

2. Just Add Magic- Mystery City

This is a continuation of Just Add Magic. Its again about 3 friends- Zoe, Ish, and Leo and the book has passed on to them. They keep on fighting but the book brings them together. They try to stop some bad guys from getting a very powerful ingredient to a very dangerous spell. I love this because it shows the power of friendship. (on Amazon Prime)

3. H2O- Just Add Water

It's again about 3 friends (why does everything have to be 3 friends?!)- Cleo, Emma, and Rikki. They jump in a moon pool on a full moon night and get turned into mermaids. Then they figure out mysteries about mako island (the moon pool) while they keep their secret. This is a series of 3 seasons. (on Netflix)

4. Mako Mermaids

This is a spinoff to H2O Just Add Water. It's about 3 mermaids- Sirena, Nixie, and Lyla who are supposed to be on full moon duty (they have to protect the moon pool from any outsiders). But they fail and one boy named Zac falls in. They try to get him to un-merman himself and that's what happens in the whole series. My mermaid crazy friend: Hridaya recommended H2O Just Add Water and Mako Mermaids to me and it was really fun so now I am mermaid crazy. This is a series of 3 seasons. (on Netflix)

5. The Worst Witch

This is about a non-magical girl- Mildred- who is actually a witch. So her mother sends her off to a boarding school for witches- Miss Cackle's Academy. She makes lots of friends over there- Maud and Enid and also makes an enemy- Ethel. Ethel is the teacher's pet and can get away from everything so she is always getting Mildred into trouble. But she and her two friends find evidence to prove Ethel wrong. If you are a Harry Potter fan your day will be made with this. This is a series of 4 seasons but the 4th season hasn't yet come out on Netflix. (on Netflix)

6. Sigmund and the Sea Monsters

This is about 2 brothers who find a sea monster and try to get it home and unintentionally make friends with his mom and two evil brothers. Then there is also a sea- monster crazy guy which the 2 brothers manage to calm down. It's really fun if you watch it with your family. (on Amazon Prime)

7. Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street

This is about 3 friends (again?!)- Mel, Ranger, and Gortimer who live on Normal Street and do very extraordinary things and help extraordinary people. You must have figured out by now that I love magic. Its a series of 3 seasons. (on Amazon Prime)

8. Young Sheldon

It's about a child prodigy and his crazy family. His name is Sheldon and he has a twin sister Missy and a very useless brother Georgie. He also has a very obese father George and mother Mary and a crazy grandmother who he calls Meemaw. I like this because this a comedy type of TV series. (on Amazon Prime)

9. The Inbestigators

This is about 4 friends- Kyle (the sporty guy), Ezra (the smart guy), Ava (the hyperactive one), and Maudie (the really smart one) who start a detective agency and solve mysteries. I like this because I love detectives and its really funny. (on Netflix)

10. Yeh Meri Family

This is about another really crazy family set in the 1980s. The main character is Harshal and his big brother Daboo and his little sister Dhwani. He has also had an obese father Devendra and a mother Poorva. I like this because not only is this funny, it also shows me how my parents were in the '80s. (on Netflix)

I hoped you liked my review on a few TV series. In my next posts, I will be reviewing a few movies and books. Stay tuned! And if you have seen any TV series then feel free to share in the comment section!
