                 How to  make jelly cream


Ingredients for jelly - 

1. 1 packet of jelly crystals
2. 500 ml hot water
3. Glasses or mould

Ingredients for custard - 

1. 4 cups milk
2. 3 tablespoon sugar
3. 3 tablespoon custard powder
4. 1/2 cup milk
5. 5 cut strawberry or any other fruit



Method for jelly - 

1. Mix Jelly mix and Flavour mix in a bowl properly [included in packet]
2. Boil water and add the prepared mix to the water
3. Stir vigorously till fully dissolved
4. Remove from heat and slowly pour in the mould or glasses
5. Let it cool and refrigerate for 1 hour without stirring


Method for custard - 

1. Boil milk with sugar and stir properly
2. Remove from heat
4. Take a bowl and mix 1/2 cup milk with custard powder to make a smooth paste 
3. Add paste to the milk and boil again for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously to avoid burning
4. Cool at room temperature and pour over set jelly
5. Refrigerate to set 
6. While serving, garnish with cut strawberry
